Hey friends/stalkers, I'm the award-winning/losing Matt Ott.
I directed the award-winning feature film Ovum (The Orchard), am a Sundance Labs finalist screenwriter (Unregistered), award-winning commercial producer and stand-up comedy producer.
My 34 episode self-produced web-series Comedians in Public was given a pilot order from Comedy Central which I directed/produced/was informed was canceled. My viral marriage equality campaign #KISSESFORKIM garnered attention from Huffington Post (and Perez Hilton, for some reason).
I have since collaborated with Huffington Post to create original content (about the necessity of cargo shorts). Recently, I wrote/directed the award-winning short film Dumplings (now web-series Train Gone Sorry), the magical web-series The Alley, a PSA begging invalids to wear a mask and a series of 2020 mail-in voting election ads for Spread the Vote.
I like writing/directing, collaborating and riding my Peloton™ (sponsorship, please).
